Questions about electrical safety checks
Landlords need an EICR at least every five years. For homeowners we usually suggest every ten years, or when you buy a property.
Most homes take a few hours. We will give you a time estimate when we quote, and work around you.

Mark did an excellent job installing a monitor on our kitchen wall, despite several electricians previously telling us it wasn’t possible due to the cabling behind it. He clearly knew what he was doing, found a solution where others couldn’t, and completed the installation to a high standard. He was professional, punctual, and provided outstanding customer service throughout. Highly recommend his services.

Very professional service – would recommend. Fennec carried out a job to replace a light fixture in my hallway. Not only did he do the job requested, he also fixed one the light switches (where the wires had come loose causing some flickering) so now I have a fully functioning hallway light!
